Our Logistics
Department is responsible for arranging the
shipping, finance, tracking and security of product
to our refineries in Europe, the USA and the Middle
East. The company has its own export licenses,
security personnel and proprietary shippers and
insurers. We provide an online computerized Business
Intelligence and Analytic service to our clients
such that they can enter a client code and secure
personal password and receive an interactive report
on the progress and location in supply chain of a
consignment. Our customers can opt to
receive email or SMS updates as product clears
customs, enters the refinery and banking value dates
are confirmed. We believe in total transparency and
client information awareness as an integral part of
our proven client customer service business dynamic.
Logistics also takes the role of Technology
Provider for our own and our JV partner's
properties by the provision of the latest mining
machinery and Environmentally Responsible precious
metal recovery and centrifugal/centripetal
separation technology. We accomplish this
via buy barter exchange arrangements which eliminates
red tape, sales taxes and bureaucracy often associated
with foreign technology purchase/procurement and
import transactions. Many of our partners and clients
have benefited from increased production markedly by
engaging with our Logistics Department business
methods. We have actively assisted our clients,
technology partners and associates to rapidly
secure the latest machinery, technology and reliable
maintenance services, thus leveraging the performance
of the the entire JV enterprise business unit
delivered through economies of scale and
minimizing opportunity cost and removal of
unnecessary business practices and procedures.
The department also publishes our standard Operations
Documentation for our Buying and Selling
procedures ordering Machinery, Arranging JV
agreements, FOB
and CIF
transactions, off-take
agreements, Exploration, Assaying, Transportation,
Geophysical
Service requests and our inventory of general
administrative
client services.
